Terms & Booking Policy

A Build Your Quote submission is an estimate, not a booking. Availability is not secured until the required payment is received.

Once a quote is approved, your event date receives a 48-hour temporary hold. A deposit of 30% of the approved total (minimum $100) is required to convert that hold into a confirmed booking. The deposit is non-refundable.

If your event is within 7 days at the time your quote is approved, full payment of the approved total is required upfront to confirm your booking — a deposit is not available for events booked this close to the event date.

The final balance is due 7 days before your event.

Your approved participant count is the minimum financial commitment for your event — fewer participants on the day do not reduce the amount owed. Additional guests beyond your approved count incur additional charges, which may include additional staffing, and are subject to available capacity. Final headcount is due 7 days before your event, alongside the final balance.

Custom-themed charms are subject to availability. The Lee Boutique will make every reasonable effort to curate charms that complement your requested theme; however, some themes, colors, specialty designs or specific charms may be difficult or unavailable to source. Exact designs cannot be guaranteed, and comparable options may be substituted when necessary.

Cancellations made by the customer forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is available subject to availability and must be requested as far in advance as possible; a rescheduled event remains subject to the same deposit and balance terms as the original booking.

In the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond either party's control, The Lee Boutique will work with you in good faith to reschedule your event.

If The Lee Boutique must cancel your event, any payments made will be refunded in full.

Events beginning more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time due to guest lateness may have a shortened activity window; The Lee Boutique cannot guarantee the full scheduled duration in this case.

Some activities involve small parts (charms, beads, findings) that are not appropriate for unsupervised young children. Adult supervision of young participants is required throughout.

Polymer clay creations require post-event curing and are not available for same-day take-home; The Lee Boutique will coordinate pickup or delivery of finished pieces.
